 PS HW 2 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJWPdicD1pI This video introduces the brush tool that is used through Adobe Photoshop. e claims it is his favorite tool in Photoshop even though it seems to be "unnoticed" and people don't see how much they you can actually do with it. The brush tool is used to dodge and burn photos, sculpting light, and other things. In the tutorial , he shows how he uses an image of a cloud for fog in a different picture.   When looking at images that show immigration and family separation, it affects me on an emotional level due to the unimaginable things that it is doing to families and their lives. I feel so much empathy and worry when I observe the stories of immigrants who are literally forced to leave behind their loved ones. This image specifically shows a young girl asking for them to "free her dad", which shows her being left behind due to immigration. this is only one out of millions of people that have been left in this kind of situation.  I am very sympathetic when seeing the the difficult choices that people need to make because of the reasons they may need to flee their home countries, for example, in quest of security, possibilities, or a better life. These people are likely to have to make difficult decisions that require them to leave behind their family members in the hopes of building a happier and better future, even if it means being apart from the people they are related ...

       I started this project off with an image of my French Bulldog, Maui, and I. With this, I was using Maui as propaganda and showing that frenchies are the best. After designing, I realized my propaganda was not as strong and clear as I wanted, so unlike many, I completely restarted. I have many images above due to the steps I took to change the idea of my project. I decided to use Bandwagon Propaganda to show a really important message, especially for society in the present. Phones have become societies most well-known and most used device, and it has taken over so many people. I have realized how much phones have taken away from us, people are using phones excessively and forgetting to look outside and enjoy the now. I decided to use an image of myself looking down at my phone, and I added a visual of the Earth behind my head, showing that I am missing out on the world and staring down instead.
